The Author’s Vision on How Not to Fail in Real Estate

The writing of my first book, Why Do Contractors Lie?, opened my eyes to reflect deeply upon the contracting aspects of real estate. The writhing of this second book, How Not to Fail in Real Estate, has given me the additional drive to peer intensely into what it takes to have a thriving residential real estate investment business. I wrote this book after I realized that new investors face various challenges at the beginning of their careers and so How Not to Fail in Real Estate is basically a Guide for Success in residential real estate investing.

In the book, I set out to share some of the lessons I have learned over the years so others do not go through the same heartache, but start on the right footing. Real estate is a cut throat business that can make you independently wealthy or poor depending on how you manage your investment. As a prospective investor, you should know that the business can be fun and profitable if you start well with the necessary knowledge, resources, meticulous planning, networking, a good team and hard work.

Therefore, my message is to ensure that those who venture into real estate know what it takes to have an upstart in the business. To those who have read the book, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the privilege of your time. I hope you gained new and additional insight into the business.

Please feel free to share your thoughts about the message of the book or other views that may enrich the discourse.
